A modern place... with a 40-year history of passion and traditions
The Solo da Manduca pastry shop is located in Aprilia, a small town in the province of Latina, half an hour from Rome. Vito, the father, started working in the confectionery sector as a child and never would have thought that from that moment on, he would never leave that path. In 1980, he opened his first workshop. Riccardo and Damiano, his sons, always knew they had a task and pursued it with passion.
Solo da Manduca was founded in 2020 as a workshop for handmade delicacies and has earned the trust of customers who constantly return to enjoy Riccardo and Damiano's sweets and creations.

For Riccardo and Damiano, the production of Grandi Lievitati is not just a job, it's a true passion. Panettone is the symbol of Christmas, Colomba that of Easter; these are the desserts that have always characterized the holidays. Combining maximum production efficiency with high quality standards. To achieve this, in addition to qualified master pastry chefs, we completed our expansion project in November 2022 into a modern laboratory for the production of naturally leavened products.
