Mastery and passion for two generations

I am Riccardo, born in 1989 in Aprilia. Since 2009, as soon as I finished my studies, I chose to follow in the footsteps of my father Vito, who opened his pastry and ice cream shop in Aprilia in 1980. A true flavor shop where my brother Damiano and I grew up learning the art of confectionery and cultivating a passion for great leavened products. I decided to start our business specializing particularly in this area and obtaining important recognition at a national level.
