Aroma: intense, with notes of vanilla bean and toasted almond
Taste: surprisingly smooth, round and persistent, with pleasant hints of wood, dark chocolate and raisin

Recommended pairings: excellent with one of our artisanal products. Also recommended with dark chocolate shavings, candied orange peel and dry pastries. Surprising with 36-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano and raspberries.
