The Sacher revisited by Solo da Manduca, a recipe enriched with almond flour to obtain an even more moist product.
Rich in pure 70% dark chocolate dough and filled with apricot jam, decorated with a piece of tasty Vesuvian apricot and finally dark chocolate icing. A spectacle.
The novelty is the cooking jar, which prolongs the life of our Sacher and gives the possibility of consuming it at any time, perhaps accompanied by one of our selected matching bottles.

Semi-candied Vesuvian apricot. Apricot jam: apricot pulp. Glucose syrup, sugar, pectin, citric acid, potassium sorbate, flavourings.
Fondant Icing Ingredients:
Sugar, vegetable fats (safflower, palm, illipe and shea), low-fat cocoa powder 20%, HAZELNUTS, vegetable oil (sunflower, rice and safflower), low-fat MILK powder, almonds, SOY lecithin, vanillin.
May contain traces of nuts.
