The artisanal Sacher by Solo da Manduca in its new form: jar-baked.
Our artisanal Sachertorte in jars has a great advantage: a long shelf life and higher quality of conservation.
From the moment of purchase, it lasts for 4 months.
The Sacher revisited by Solo da Manduca, a recipe enriched with almond flour to obtain an even more moist product.
Rich in pure 70% dark chocolate dough and filled with apricot jam, decorated with a piece of tasty Vesuvian apricot and finally dark chocolate icing. A spectacle.
The novelty is the cooking jar, which prolongs the life of our Sacher and gives the possibility of consuming it at any time, perhaps accompanied by one of our selected matching bottles.
