Soft WHEAT flour type 00, Venezuelan cocoa (cocoa, cocoa butter), water, category A YOLK, sugar, centenary mother yeast, dairy BUTTER, cocoa pods
Madagascar vanilla, honey, salt, 60% hand-crushed dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, SOY lecithin), hand-pitted Vesuvian apricots (candied apricot, sugar, glucose syrup)

ICING: 55% pure dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring) and chopped Vesuvian apricots.

May contain traces of nuts.
