Colomba made with our award-winning dough, enriched with pure 55% dark chocolate, crushed by hand. An explosion of velvety, rounded and harmonious taste, for all palates. Glazed with pure 55% dark chocolate and chocolate flakes, handmade.

Ingredients

00 FLOUR, water, egg yolks, sugar, centenary sourdough starter, dairy butter, egg pods
Madagascar vanilla, honey, salt, hand-crushed 60% dark chocolate.

May contain traces of nuts.

ICING: 55% dark chocolate, dark chocolate chips.
