Colomba cake made with our award-winning dough, glazed with pistachio chocolate and pistachio chocolate shavings. Served with our delicious homemade pistachio cream. The enveloping flavor of toasted pistachios, combined with pistachio chocolate, pistachio cream, and our moist and soft dough, will make this Colomba a true pistachio feast.

Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, dairy BUTTER (min. 82% fat), Water, Category A free-range egg yolk, Sugar, Mother yeast [Water, Type 00 soft WHEAT flour], Multiflower honey, Invert sugar, Grated orange peel, Salt, Additive [Type "0" soft WHEAT flour, GLUTEN, dextrose, sunflower lecithins, amylolytic enzymes, L. ascorbic acid], Madagascar vanilla pearls [Vanilla seeds, vanilla concentrate]

ICING: White chocolate [Sugar, Cocoa butter, MILK powder, WHEY, SOY lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring], PISTACHIO, PISTACHIO paste [California PISTACHIO paste, Colouring [E141]], Salt.

May contain traces of PEANUTS, TREE NUTS.
