Colomba made with coffee dough, using our "manduca selection" espresso coffee blend combined with pure milk chocolate and pure white chocolate, all garnished with coffee and milk chocolate flakes. Very moist, soft and coffee-scented dough, which embraces the sweet notes of milk and white chocolate.

Ingredients

00 FLOUR, water, category A egg yolks, sugar, centenary mother yeast, dairy butter, espresso coffee, pure milk chocolate, pure white chocolate, fresh cream, fresh mascarpone, Madagascar vanilla pods, Italian Acacia Honey.

May contain traces of nuts.

ICING: pure white chocolate, coffee, milk chocolate pearls and cereals.
