Colomba cake made with coffee dough, using our "Selezione Manduca" espresso blend combined with pure milk and white chocolate, all garnished with coffee and milk chocolate shavings. The dough is very moist, soft, and fragrant with coffee, embracing the sweet notes of milk and white chocolate.

ICING: pure white chocolate, coffee, milk chocolate pearls and cereals.
