Colomba with award-winning chocolate dough, enriched with mango jelly and hand-crushed milk chocolate. Frosted with milk chocolate, mango jellies and cocoa grue. Very moist and soft dough, an incredible combination of mango and chocolate that makes it unique and unforgettable.

Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, water, YOLK category A, sugar, centenary MOTHER YEAST, dairy BUTTER, mandarin paste (candied mandarin, sugar, glucose syrup), fresh cream, Madagascar vanilla pods, Italian Acacia honey , cocoa mass (cocoa butter and cocoa), cocoa, salt, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter skimmed MILK powder, dextrose, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) crushed by hand, gelatine with mango (50% mango, glucose syrup, sugar, pectin, water).
ICING: pure milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), mango jellies, cocoa grue.
May contain traces of nuts.
