Colomba cake made with our award-winning dough, enriched with Ciaculli mandarin jellies, hand-cut pistachio chocolate, and glazed with almond pesto cream. A very moist dough, with the aromas and flavors of splendid Sicily.

Madagascar vanilla, honey, salt, orange and lemon paste, mandarin jelly (sugar, glucose syrup, Ciaculli mandarin, pectin), pistachio chocolate.
ICING: almond pesto chocolate, mandarin jellies and pistachio chocolate chips.
May contain traces of nuts.
