Già dall’aspetto si è presentata come un bel cuscinone : ottima lievitazione, pasta morbida e soffice, umida il giusto, bel colorino giallo, ho amato la glassa non troppo spessa, con le mandorle a julienne, forse avrei gradito un po’ più spinta nei sapori, ma sicuramente altissimo livello, da ricomprare!

Colomba classica, impasto sofficissimo filante e scioglievole al palato, note aromatiche prevalenti di panna e vaniglia, una vera delizia. Particolare che aggiunge valore il peso ben più abbondante di 1kg.
