Panettone made with our award-winning dough, enriched with semi-candied Williams pears and hand-crushed 55% dark chocolate. Milk chocolate glaze and diced semi-candied Williams pears. Moist and soft dough embellished with chocolate and Williams pears.
Net weight at production: 1kg. Subject to natural weight loss.

Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, water, category A EGG yolks, sugar, centenary MOTHER YEAST, dairy BUTTER, Madagascar vanilla pods, honey, Orange and Lemon Paste (candied orange and lemon peel, sugar and glucose syrup), semi-candied WILLIAMS pear (pears, sugar, glucose syrup, citric acid), rum, salt.
ICING: pure milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, natural vanilla flavor, SOY lecithin), candied Williams pear.
May contain traces of nuts.
